So it’s been about two weeks since news broke that the Chinese government issued a policy mandating that all new PCs come preinstalled with Internet filtering software and the controversy has not abated. Chinese officials refuse to back down from their pronouncement insisting that it is intended only to block pornography and not politically unacceptable content
